Check the regs and check the catch limits for the watershed area you are fishing in. It all depends where you are fishing. You get a copy of the regs with your license. I think most places give them away for free anyway.

You'll need regulations to check waters you want to fish for closures and bait restrictions too

Also - by checking the regs you can get a good idea of what fish are in which streams/lakes

lol could you get ANY more lazy?? seriously........I know this site is meant for fisherman to help others but c'mon man, you dont even specify where you are going fishing other then in Alberta and this is VERY accessible information, you could have found it with less effort then creating this thread.
