The more your line is in the water the more fish you catch. Fishing with 3 kids ages 5,3,2 i sometimes wonder why i bring my rod.

Having said that I would rather be fishing with them then by myself.

Ice fishing is fun too with the kids. They like watching the underwater camera and if the fishing is slow there is tons of stuff to do. The only downer is when they step in the hole which happens too often it seems.

Well, your son doesn't look too terribly unhappy in those pics! LOL!!

He will remember that fish for the rest of his life. Something tells me that you will too.

Good job Dad; Well done.
Thanks for sharing.

I used to shame my father fishing all the time, heh, come to think of it, he was a pretty poor sport at times too, lol. Its bound to happen, and with a kiddo on the way im sure it will happen to me too.

Yeah my son always out does me. I think kids are more active and lucky than adults. Seem to always catch the biggest fish.

oh yah - you can even help remind him that it has been a while and she still can't resist. The dad and kid quality time is so important.
