took nov 1st off and took my son out for opening day rifle hunt near Red Deer, I have been chasing this buck for about 4 seasons now, but finally got him out of the bush in the daylight. he gave me one chance and I took it. hit him in the liver and took a bit of tracking but we found him about 100 yds deep in the bush. personal best for me. loved beeing able to hunt with my son.
