The tubing is a nice feature. Lighter than wood when using sch. 100 and welded it is much stronger and durable than wood as well. I did the bench and shelf and installed the heater tonight. Later in the week I'll do the roof and solar light.
I estimated 250lbs at first but with the extra bracing which I needed using 1/4 plywood it now should weigh 275. Which is still manageable with two guys. I also am putting 2 pieces of angle iron on the bottom which will make it easier to pull around and I have a ramp built that the angle slides into to easily slide it in and out of the truck
