Hit up a local trout lake 3 hours from Edmonton, ice is 7 inches think, lots of flood ice, met some forum members out there as well, caught around 15, biggest 19 inches, lots of smaller 12-14 inchers, plus tonns of bites and a triple header which was awsome, Sean and i limited out in a couple hours.

Nice pics, I wouldnt consider 3 hours a "local" trout lake however....:)

That's a fun lake, only got a chance to fish it once but I remember the fish were frenzying every time i dropped my jig down!

On photo #7, if you walk up the hill, there is a nice bench with beautiful view of the lake. BTW good bows!
