View Full Version : Mr Heater not burning hot.

Third year with Mr heater as seen below, just not throwing heat out as much as it used to. The high setting throws the same amount of heat as my partners heater on his lowest setting.
Any one have any idea whats wrong and what I can do to correct it.

try blowing it out with a air compressor...the part that gets red hot....or all of it....helped me once....

No much grease from cooking on it . It's a heater not a cooker ? Is that possible .

If blowing it out with air. Don't get too close to it as high pressure air may damage it worse. Might be just dirt but you may have grease in it from cooking. How cold was your propane also? Is your tank full to 1/2 full. All these things contribute to over all performance.

I just added that grill ,had this lower heat fault for a year or so.
There is a air setting on it . Could someone have a look at thiers and tell me , when veiwing the side holes on the bottom where the air and fuel come togeather, is the brass gas fitiing lower or higher than the hole.
Mine is just alittle higher ,like 1/8 up . I did play with this sitting a year ago .

I drive my truck every day to work and only need to fill it every 3 years :sHa_shakeshout::sHa_sarcasticlol:
