I am new to Alberta and have questions about hunting on private or farm land.
How does one find out if they can hunt on someones private or farm land? I live in Calgary and have heard good things about the foothills area near Sundre and Caroline. I found this map on ESRD that shows Alberta's public and crown land that ranchers lease. It list the person leasing the land with their contact info. Is this what most hunters do?
