Red cap draw

I have been putting in for 437 ram draw from the start, way back. Has anyone done the math for what year the last person in the top priority group would get drawn?

A quick look at the 2012 results tells me there are 87 remaining in the top pool. 8 tags/year, means your guaranteed that in the next 10.875 years you will get a tag. As long as there are no drastic changes to the draw code. Good luck and make sure to post pictures when you get it.:)
