Looking for recipes

I am wondering if anyone has a recipe for farmer sausage? Or that type of sausage. I have tried a few that I found online but haven't been thrilled with the end result:sHa_sarcasticlol:, so looking to try some new recipes.

What makes it "farmers" sausage ? Does that mean it's not smoked and has to be cooked?
