Just a quick question... I've seen a couple of snow mobiles there last year...
Is it legal to use one one the lake?

Thank you
G

The ones you saw were either the guides or F&W I was told by the F&W guy that the guides buy a license which enables them to use their snow machine. When I suggested i would be out with my ATV the next week I was told no motor vehicles were allowed on Spray without a special permit which somehow the outfitters seem to get their hands on.

F&W told me last year that the dog sledders get to use one for poop scooping

Should get rid of the dog sledders. Nothing more peaceful then listening to those mutts yelping all day or the company saying you can not park here cause it is for the dogs and clients.

They can't say that! Unless there is a reserved parking sign, which I've never seen...

Ya, that bunch of happy dogs yapping and excited people laughing really tick me off too. The nerve of some people running a family business that introduces people to Alberta's great outdoors with a genuine, authentic Canadian experience. And to claim a few parking spots to stage from as their own - how rude.:rolleye2:

Easy on the pups. I do enjoy a nice peaceful fish but I took a ride on those sleds and it was awesome. Man can they pull and love it.
