First Generation Aqua Vu Question ?

Camera still working good for being around 15 years old .
But , when the sun starts to go down ,the picture goes realy grainy or cloudy and I start losing the picture, to the point where I can not see my hook even.
I have tried switching to the night vision .No difference.
When i pull the camera out of the water and into the dark tent .
I get a clear picture of the inside of the tent .
I emailed the reel doctor and was told thats normal.

Anyone else have this problem ?
How are the newer units ?

picking up sediment in the water likely, it reflects and absorbs the light so you lose visibility. thats what I think, doesnt mean its right though :bad_boys_20:

Camera works great for the first 8 hours but as the sun goes down so does the picture ,picture just looks washed out.
I thought it was the battery getting weak but when I pullit out of the water it goes clear again .
