Fishcake Recipe

Everyone's been talking about fish cakes. Thought I would share my fav. Dip them in spicy soy sauce or hot chili garlic sauce. Enjoy!!!!!

tried the fish cakes....they are great with a good Gull Lake Whitey to say the least.

Mash some potato, mix in the fish make squares out of the potato/fish mix (normally go 75/25 in favour of the fish) then cover them in batter and deep fry them. You can add a small amount of cheese to them before covering in batter mix to add to the taste. They are beautiful
