Late Cow Elk for 332....

I have 2 days left of my draw and just wanting some elk but again who isnt eh haha., but we havent had any elk meat in the deep freeze for atleast 3-4yrs, i miss that yummy taste of tender elk steak mmm.. Any info on this area for elk would be much appreciated, PM if u want,Thanks for your help... Havent even sited elk tracks around the farm, and by the river and such, its like they flew to the north pole to help santa haha!! thanks again..
