I've got an older 7" monitor an the battery finally died out on me so I emergency picked one up at the source for frigen 45$.12 volt.i just put the charge to it an left it on to see how long I could get out of it an only got about 3.5 he's out of it.any thoughts or life other guys are gettin outa theirs??an where can ya get 12 v batteries for the best price?i like a few charged spares to take on the ice!

added 40 feet to my wire , plug in to truck cig lighter , goes all day long

My cam will go 4 to 6 hrs continuosly. Temp makes a differance too.

I haul along a battery booster pack. can run the camera, charge the lantern, cell phone, and boost the truck if needed

Check the amp hours on your battery, divide that by your usage and that will give you a rough guess as to how many amps your camera is consuming per hour. Then if you want a certain amount of time out of your next battery you purchase multiply what you got for consumption per hour by total hours you want it to last and that will tell you how many amp hours your battery needs to be rated for.

Also you would most likely get your best price on batteries at Canadian Tire or some other big box store that sell batteries for quads, bikes, lawn mowers etc as 12v is pretty much standard for anything with an engine.
