Looking good. It's also nice to get your mounts done really fast too. Are you using the cast lip system?

only thing I noticed is there isn't much skull plate left to hold those heavy bones up...otherwise good... post some pics when your all sewed up...chain

I have heard of the antlers being removable for purposes of easier handling and such. How do they do this? Seperate each horn from skull plate? Or remove whole skull plate?

Yes separate each at the burr insert a male / female horn dowel [usually steel]
The cape is permanent antlers inserted or removed...chain
