I want:

Lx-9. Fish machine.
Side imaging 3d sonar system
New left handed bait caster and pike rod one piece mh
All u can eat one years supply of rapala lures card
Boat launch access every day at 6am to 11pm
Every monday off to fish
Ban on swamp boats from lakes while anyone is fishing

tackle box full of ice lure,jigs, baits, etc
couple more ice rod/pole combos
2-3 man ice tent
every weekend off(currently get every other weekend if lucky)
4x truck to access lakes(currently useing wife minivan:angry3:)

An upgrade to a VS825 from my current camera.
Warmer weather (avg -20 for 2 weeks now)
A sled so I don't have to walk 1/2 a mile to my fishing spot.
Jumbo perch that actually bite instead of just sniffing my hook.

Vs385 camera and panner
New ice rod and reel
Boots to drill holes with
Ice scoop
Course the shack might as well put that on list too.
