Im looking to plan a trip up to Cold lake anyone know any good campgrounds on cold lake?

Just out of Cold Lake, on marie lake. Check out shelter bay. Nice little cabins available too, just spent 2 weeks there, it is a nice lake!!

We also have a municipal park in Cold Lake North. It is right in the west end of town and is really quite nice. As JR said, the provincial. It is also right on the lake and has a good boat launch and lots of boat trailer parking....Ken

It was closed when i was there, but from what i hear, it is ridiculously excellent. It is a super clean lake too, i could see bottom when i was out in 12' of water.

If you camp at the provincial campground in Cold Lake and have a boat, you will have to drive quite far from your campsite to the boat launch. There is a campground on the other side of town where you can camp right on the water and pull your boat up on shore. No services but rather handy. I don't remember the name, but the locals know which one it is.
