Boat ramp at Ghost lake

Dose any one know if the boat ramp is open. I have a newer trailer which i would like to put my boat on instead of the bad one i have now. Thanks

They were rebuilding both of them and they have been closed for some time but not sure if they are done yet or not but I doubt it.
