Well after a long 8 year wait I sent pictures and had a 21 1/2 inch replica of my sons monster grayling caught in the snake River just north of Nome Alaska in 2000 this was a 16th birthday suprise for my son. I think the guy did an awsome job.

Thanks Cat yes it' a hawg we were fishing Coho when it inhaled a gob of roe with a No. 1 Mustad in it. What makes him more lucky is we are doing it again as a father and son trip on Aug 21st. Just Can't wait :D

Great fish but even a better gift. That will be a keep sake for ever and a lasting memory for you and your son. Big expense but well worth it I'm sure.
Great things happen when you take kids fishing.

We estimated his live weight around 4 3/4 lbs so well short of the record.
but still dawarfed anything I have caught it is amazing the differance that 3 inches can make in the overall size of a fish. Funny to how the attitude changed when it went from thinking it was a small COHO, to seeing how big! a grayling could get
