I read this yesterday and got really PO'd. I hate the question "what if" and here is why, What if she had a Nuke? or What if she had a spoon? What if she had a banana? What if she had a crayon? What if she had a dinner for two gift certificate to Swiss Chalet and decided to take the poor guy who got sprayed out for dinner to talk about it instead? What if she had a can of beans the night before and coaxed him into her vehicle and locked the doors with a sheepish grin? What if she threw a hand full of pennies at him? What if secretly they were lovers and the man's wife knew nothing about it? I could go on all day. The bottom line is she didn't have a gun, what she did have though was a choice. And she made the wrong one by spraying the guy with bear spray. In my opinion, having a gun in her purse is irrelevant because she didn't and with the list of charges she probably couldn't get a firearm legally anyway but I don't know what her past is so I wont speculate any further. It's unfortunate that a man got sprayed with pepper spray and his his family witnessed it, my heart goes out to them all, especially his kids. They should never have to witness anything like that. Another question I have is what happened before the incident at Millennium? Every one looks at the mangled car accident on the highway but what lead up to it?
