Please check the regs

I know it's said all the time "check the regs" but people need to actually do it.

step 1: think of question/problem
step 2: check regulations
step 3: if step 2 didnt solve/answer your question/problem, search on here since it has most likely already been asked
step 4: if steps 2 and 3 dont work, PM someone reliable on here
step 5: steps 2,3 and 4 dont work, make thread/post in another thread.

i do this all the time and it creates less clutter for the rest of us to go through.

I checked the regs but couldn't find this anywhere...

So confused...

Anyhow back to my question:

If I get some Osmerids from T&T and use them at ghost arm can I use them at PCR too?

But what if they're from canadian tire and I forgot bout them in the back of the van for 3 weeks? Are they still ok to use at the Oldman reservoir?
