The Atom Rednecks are doing a bottle drive to raise funds for the family of Cory Goertzen who was an assistant coach with the team and was killed tragically in a car accident last week. Cory leaves behind his wife and 5 children. If you happen to have any bottles to donate to the cause please let me know in the next couple of days and I can let someone on their team know to come pick them up. Anything is appreciated.

I just wanted to pass on that Bow Valley Credit Union has now set up email transfer for the Goertzen Family Trust Account.

We are please to confirm that the account under Goertzen Family Trust has been established at our Airdrie West branch. Donations are being accepted by mail, in person at any Bow Valley Credit Union location or by e-Transfer (email) to goertzenfamily@bowvalleycu.com. A second email will need to be sent (to the same email address) providing the answer to the security question so that the e-Transfer can be accepted. Cheques should be made payable to Goertzen Family Trust and receipts will be provided upon request.
