If you need more than 10L in your jerry can you are not planning properly. A Jerry can with more than 10L is asking for a huge fire. Everyone knows that arsonists use 25L jerry cans to start fires. If we limit jerry cans to 10L they won't be able to start as big of fires.

There are no lawn mowers of snow blowers or chainsaws that hold more than 10L so what would you need more than that for?
