New fishing licenses?

If someone bought a new fishing license today, is it only valid until March 31 of 2013, or is it valid until March 31 of 2014? I'm guessing only 2013 since the new licenses aren't available yet?

It's not a year long license it would end on the 31 st of march , I do think that a 1 year license would be better but it's only 25 bucks .

Fishing licenses are 1 year.....just buy a new one when the old one expires....
