I'm pretty sure they plow up to the cutoff creek road from the north.

Nobody has been out there, a well, will just have to throw the chains on and venture in. Friend of mine at work was wondering. I have never been out there in the winter but fish it lots in the summer.

Fish it in November with good success not sure about this late though. I'm sure the roads would be fine too...
