Can't find any posts on Forty mile in the winter do the perch bite as good as in the summer?

I've never even been out there. How is the fishing at forty? What's the average size?

Yes I was there lots this summer camping caught tons of perch on a small jig and minnow piece off dock would catch 30+ in a good day even caught the odd pike :)
