There is a sponsor who has an ad on ao (flyfishing page I think) and doees small engine work as well as reel repair. Met him at an ao get together and seems like a decent fellow.

In the meantime tell us the problem so we can suss it out, or try.

You could try Jeds Equipment I've taken other small engine tools to him before. He's an honest dude; been around for a long time.

Why not you go to a renowned mechanic? If you don't trust stand beside during working.

Try Alberta Forest & Garden they worked on mine a month ago and did a great job its running better than new

Sometimes its cheaper to buy a new auger then spend 250 bucks to get an old one fixed

It runs, what does it take to start it? How old is the fuel and spark plug? Will it run enough to drill or does it die as soon as you try anything?
