McGregor Report anyone ?

Was thinking about heading out there tomorrow....(haven't been there in years !!) Does anyone know how the fishing has been recently ? Any tips ?

Wouldn't mind latching on to some nice size Pike.

Ok,

Gonna post my own reply...heh,heh...

Windy as HELL ! Lake was pretty silty in most parts as well. Pike seemed to be on the West side, while the Walleye seemed to be on the East side where the wind was likely blowing the baitfish. Pulled out 4 REALLY bulimic looking pike and a four Walleye. One of the Walleye was six pounds and was nice and healthy looking. Actually, all the walley were really healthy looking. I gotta say though, those Pike are FREAKING SLIMY ! Wow... couldn't believe it. They were like CV pike in lat August.... !
