Invermere/Windermere Area Lakes?

Thinking of heading out that way for the long weekend. Anyone have any info on area lakes or any websites I could check. Any lakes that will allow a 18' with a 115hp outboard? I do not have a small boat and all I have seen are smaller trout lakes.

I would guess Columbia lake will be better fishing than Lake Invermere.
Tie lake has great bass fishing.
Lake invermere will be PACKED with boats on the long weekend. Almost dangerous
Good luck getting a camping spot also. Hotels will also be booked.
Its a tough weekend up there. Good times though if you can find a spot. I think Trooper is playing the concert in Invermere.

Try Whiteswan or Whitetail both are south of Inveremere.Good fishing for big Bows.Let me know how you make out,Buck
