Pine Coulee This Weekend?

Hey All,
Dad and I were thinking of heading out to pine coulee on Sunday. I have been spin fishing there from our boat lots but never ice fishing. Should I fish where I fish in the summer? Are the fish as active 80-100 fish a day? Can you drive on?

not nearly as active but the burbs are, usually closer to dark. I usually fish off the launch. havent been this winter so I dont know what the ice is like, should be other vehicles out if its thick
