need help for Sunday's fishing trip

could someone tell me if I could park my veichle in front of a building called "Summer Village of Sunet Point" at Alberta Beach? looks like a local town hall building. I plan to walk out from there :)

The address: 4719 Sunset Dr. Alberta Beach......You could see the building by google map street view.
