Humminbird 385CI Combo LOST WAYPOINTS/TRACKS

I have somehow lost all of my saved chart info which is all waypoints and tracks that I had saved. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there any way to restore or retrieve this data? I contacted Humminbird but I won't hear back until at least tomorrow. I had some great "secret" spots on there and now trying to find them again on the water, let alone on the ice, would be a monumental task to say the least.

There is a forum for Humminbird and they have techs as moderators ........ they will be able to answer your question .......
