Shimano Calcutta 400 D

[The Great White Hype]

Was looking at this reel, considerable increase in quality from the Calcutta 400B. Seems this new "x-ship" makes great improvements to the gear box. Looks like I have another one to add to the collection.

PS. The drag is strange, it is located on the outside of the handle, and isnt as bulky as traditional star drag. Even comes in lefty in the 400 size which the B didnt come in.

I have the 400te and it is awseome.Is the the "D" the replacement for the "te".A lot of people say the diawa Luna is just about as good for less money.Diawa Luna 253 is about $300.
