ice thickness on chain lakes south by nanton

hello everyone a bunch of us heading down to chain lakes tomorrow for a fun day, just wondering if anyone has been down there this weekend and how thick the ice is, also is there any snow on the ice, thanks

Was down there yesterday by the campground, around 2' of ice, very little to no snow, flood water starting by shore, and the ice is starting to soften up. Lots of race car drivers on the ice, I guess that's what is to be expected with everyone out there for family day.
