drove 8 hours (350Km) and not one buffalo. lots of tracks but a few days old. anyone been north of Zama? spent all day south east of Zama.

They have been hunted talk to all the operators you see and if you find a fresh track get on it you will find them NE corner of the lake but they will not likely be by the road!

If you have some sleds capable of dealing with the amount of snow there, get out onto the hay lake, and into the hay-zama provincial park. You are actually allowed to hunt in the provincial park for this particular hunt.
