Last week, some guys were interested in venturing out to Park Lake to explore. Anyone going out there be careful walking across the lake. There was a fair chunk of open water this weekend out in the middle, across from the day area. It froze partially overnight and if we get any snow in the next couple weeks you won't be able to see this area if it totally freezes again. For the most part, the ice is still solid but does range in thickness from 6 - 12 inches.

This is Sunday.

And, this is Monday.

Keho has open water on both the West and East side of the boat launch. Do not drive on the lake from there and be careful when you"re walking out.
