My Marcum vs620 crapped out on me 2 weeks ago...wouldn't turn on. Emailed Marcum saying that plus the fact its 1.5 years old and that I have no receipt. They replied asking for my contact info and soon sent me an ra#. I was responsible for shipping costs.
Its back now and beautiful. Kudos to em :-)
