This one has a bunch of Perch and at around 3:00 I believe you will see a couple perch take off in a hurry and soon find out why, hahaha

Cool videos.

I also have a go pro hero 2.

Did you use the Dive case?

How deep do those things go anyway?

no just the waterproof housing, but I'm thinking of getting the dive house, I read somewhere the waterproof case is good to 60 ft, but I won't go past 30ft unless I do some tests on the case.

i've got the dive case.... I highly recommend it, it makes a HUGE difference in underwater quality.

Awesome videos. I used an older, generic brand black/white unit out there and the contrast quality isn't even close to yours. Thanks for taking the time to share the videos.

hey i'm just wondering how you lower your gopro to the bottom?

I've got a hero3 i'm thinking about using, but i'm afraid of losing it in the water.

I could use my smartphone to remotely control and take photos with it haha

Nope. Wifi doesn't work through the ice.

I have a setup to do the same thing. Basically a flat piece of aluminum with a adhesive mount and one 3 oz weight on each end. Ive got rope attached on each side, I cant see anyway that I could possibly lose it.

I just use an old trolling reel and 30 lb fire line braid works good for now. I want to fashion something similar to what fishing frenzy described

12" avg??!!! Pics or it didn't happen haha.

Good for you guys. What part of the lake were you on?
We haven't had that luck yet and the fishing dies at 1230 and doesn't pick up.

I'm gonna go back sat and maybe Sunday depending on homework.

I would need to see a pic of the 15" perch on a measuring board before I will believe a story like that.

I have caught tons in the 12" range with a few over 13" but have only seen one that touched 14".

I am not saying it can't happen I am just saying I would need to see it to believe it.
