so far no 'miss-cuts'
usually takes just over 3min per fish.
If I have 5 it is a 20min job start to finish with clean-up.
Then 5min to cook and devour

I was curious about that to there is still small y bones in those fillets. Do you take those out? I have to,I can't stand chewing up fish the having to spit it out for bones

Thanks for the video BG. I just filleted and skinned all the Rockies from yesterday and the giant one from last weekend and it worked well.

I find only the first couple pin bones towards the head survive the cooking process.
Usually pull the first 3-4 for the missus.
