Hi TUC sorry to ruin your story. But this came from the Fraser River in British Columbia. One of the guys in the picture is my Uncles good freind.
Still a great fish pic to share with everyone.

I thought it was phony. I can't see something that big coming out of any lake in N.S.

Goes to show you can't trust what you read on the internet.

It is still one hell of a fish.
I would imagine it eats more than a pound of food a day lol.

This one is waaaaaaaay bigger than any fish I caught at home, it's a new provincial record, and it's real :eek

Bruce, where on the Mira? My grandparents once owned a large piece of land on that river. I spent many summers as a kid there.
