Looking to update my fish finder to a really good one but not sure what brand ??

I asked the same question about 3 weeks ago and was informed to do a search on this forum as the topic has come up several times. It really depends on what you are looking for though.
I ended up getting a Humminbird 587ci HD DI. Color screen, GPS, traditional sonar and down imaging for $475 at bass pro.

Awe I c well I troll most of the time so looking for a finder that shows good structure and can spot out bait fish and has GPS

I use a Lowrance HDX-7 with a side scanner. It works beautifully. Hummingbird makes a similar all in one unit that works great too..

Depends on your budget ........
Both Lowrance and Humminbirds make the premium products.

Love my Humminbird 798 SI Its pricy though .

Humminbird 1198 HD Si its not cheap thou.

I would have loved the 798, KGB33 but like you said, kinda spendy.

$799 with $100 mail in rebate at Bass Pro.
If I need more finder than this I would be amazed....
