Ice auger

Anyone familiar with Tanaka 305 ice augers . I have one and if you put gas in the plug hole it will run , but it will not run normally , is this a carburator problem? If so what will it cost to repair it

Check the delivery system from the fuel tank and the vent is not plugged. If not a pinched line etc it likely needs a carb cleaning. Also a location might get someone to volunteer his services.

How old is it?It may need a diaphram kit.
