Anyone know if you could still get on Cold with quads?

Pickups are having trouble , i'm taking a sled tomorrow.

unless you have a big 4x4 with chains, or want to fish in a line of 100 people just off the main trail....... then you need a sled

Anyone out? How were conditions and bite today?

was out today we caught 2. We were on the ice at 7:00and left at 2:00. Talked to the C.O. and he said that was the first 2 Lakers he had saw so far.

Ice conditions were ok, 4x4 and watch where you go and you will be fine.

I was out today. Never caught any LT. Had to hits. Got stuck for the first time all season.

Snow is deep , soft with a crust on top making driving real tough. Walking was even tough. Sled was no problem but quads wouldn't go anywhere. We didn't land a fish until 2 pm , but got 7 by 630. Slow.
