Southern Sask Mullies still have headgear?

Just drove to Estevan yesterday and around Moose Jaw saw a nice herd of Mullies. 2 bucks in the group still had there hear on. Is that normal for this time of year? They were nice bucks too.

I've seen muleys many times with antlers into the first part of April. Most will have dropped but it definitely is not that uncommon.
