I don't know if he actually caught one or not...the vid kinda looks like he just stumbled across them like that.

I've seen two jacks like that at Mitsue Lake just east of Slave Lake as a kid.

I don't think he was trying to catch them I think it just floated to the top because the fat one couldn't swim with the fish and its mouth
