I have had the pleasure of doing 3 trips with Mikisew in the past and loved every minute of them and the fishing was unbeatable , I am going again in the beginning of July :sHa_shakeshout:this time to McLelland lk and was wondering if any AO members have fished the lake befor and what to expect
Thanks

I fished it a few years ago. The fishing was ok. No real big ones. Beautiful scenery. The best fishing is on Myers. Good walleye and pike there. Their is 2 rivers on the south side of Myers we caught lots of walleye in front of the one to the east. Lots of lakers on mclelland.

Agreed, go to Meyers daily, across lake to river. go east to rock point, troll back and forth all day, stop for breaky fish, stop for dinner fish, and stop for supper fish fry. Not sure why but don't bother with rest of lake. all our luck for 2 days was back and forth on that rock point..
