i just returned from a week's fly fishing at the south ram; the river is running clear and just a little high. the cuts were biting on the usual flies, humpies stims and hoppers. i didn't catch as many as usual due to a surprise chest cold that kind of buggered me for 4 days but other than that the fishies co-operated just fine. the big-uns illuded me but the 6 to 10 inchers put on quite a show.
