Thinking about buying a quad here in red deer. Wondering about after sales service at turple bros. And red deer power sports good bad or ugly

My buddy bought his quad form Turple Brothers, seems they have a great sales team. I wouldnt rely on them to follow through with warrenty work with out charging you most of it.
Myself I have had a ard time getting parts from them,. Seems they like to say be here tomorrow, but then it doesnt show up. Next is the excuses, and then a few weeks later still not in.

I have bought a couple of quads from Red Deer Power sports. Shop time is expensive but they do not seem busy in the back end so turn around time for repairs, etc is pretty good. A shop in Sylvan and Red Deer requires about 1 to 3 weeks before you get them back. Ivan's in Red Deer is good and not nearly as expensive as Power. BEL

R. Johanson south-east of Ponoka. Ordered chain & sprockets for my 28 year old Honda ... here in 2 days. Lady @ the parts desk is very good @ her job. They are Honda dealers & have a good selection of stuff ... in the store & out in the yard.

Ivan is a good mech but is not a dealer
