Had the day off, took one tub of minnows. Arrived at 10am, fished till 12 pm, for once I actually ran out of minnows!

Landed a total of 14 fish, 1 jack, 4 goldeye, 9 walleyes! 1 really nice one at 6.5lbs, second fish of the day. I was super excited. :sHa_shakeshout:

The bite is on, and its insane, as soon as you cast out the rod bobs, and bam hookset baby.

That's awesome! I think I was in the same spot you were but last week. I got skunked over 3 hours. I was just using a pickerel rig and minnows. I guess I'll try again. I was there from noon to three.

Nice fish. I always get skunked on the NSR. Hopefully my luck will improve this year.
