Spinning tiger a virgin no more
got out to the Bow this morning, what a beautiful day fish were hungry, even though the water level is the lowest Ive seen it at my spot. Got 7 suckers again, a couple hitting 10 pounds, I dont know why people put them down, they fight like maniacs! Also caught 3 walleye, and my first sturgeon of the season!
not too shabby, 45 1/4 inches.

My goal this season since I got an early start tagging this time, is to try and break 200 between myself and every other sturgeon I see. Last year with the late start I managed to tag 31. Hoping to catch at least 100 this year myself compared to 68 last year. not that I will but its a goal. Also had a run in with the first big snake of the season, a very PO,d bull who thought it owned my pathway. I will post a video link later. Tomorrow no tooth pulling dentists, just me some friends, and the fish for the next 3 days.

always wanted to try rattlesnake, but have to do it in Texas or somewhere I guess. rather come across one of them than a bull, they are a lot more docile, usually buzz as they run away as fast as they can. then again Id rather step on a bull, just in case :bad_boys_20:

Good on you for the sturgeon, I have never fished for them but it sounds like fun. That looked like a good sized bull snake, I can't stand snakes so I don't think I would have gotten that far filming. good you are back.
